Simple, fast, powerful and plays well with others...

A great "add-on" application...

CorePage is designed to serve a very particular purpose; to help people, especially those in sales, to quickly and easily present their content to prospects and customers in a professional manner, and track whether or not it has been viewed.

Though initially conceived as tool for the presentation of portfolio materials for those in advertising and other creative fields, the reality today is that people in many industries have sales literature, animated demos, videos, photos, documents and more that are either currently stored on line, or can be.

While CorePage is a great tool to help you build, manage and present an ever-growing library of content, it's meant to be but one tool in your toolbox. CorePage doesn't store content, it stores specific information about content; its location on the web, description, the size of the window in which it should be displayed — all to make the task of creating a custom page as nearly instantaneous as possible.

That's why we call CorePage a great "add-on" application — for use with other tools like email programs, contact managers, customer relationship management (CRM), salesforce automation (SFA), digital asset management (DAM), and knowledge management (KM) systems.

Those with large existing libraries of content like Powerpoint presentations, videos and Flash demos see CorePage as type of content management and presentation system, and we couldn't agree more.

Behind the Scenes

CorePage is a "hosted application." This means that there's no software to download or install and nothing to ask your IT department to set-up. You will need to find out the web address (URL) for anything you'd like include in your library. So, to use those great Flash demos and video clips that live on your company's website, you'll just need to get that information. Of course, copying the address of web page from the address bar in a browser is pretty easy too.

We know how important your reputation is. That's why we designed CorePage to be a highly redundant and fault tolerant system. We use multiple servers in multiple locations to insure that when your contact clicks a link on the page you created for him, that he sees what he's supposed to see. It's as simple as that.
